Lupus and Medication PRO TIP: SAY NO TO SELF MEDICATION

Skip or Double Up

Yup. We're talking self-medication here, and we're firmly Team "Don't Do It." Taking what you want when you want is the WORST advice, and yet you find it all over on the internet - patient "experts" saying why your doctor has it all wrong and influencers who tell you what to do instead.

TRY THIS:

Follow your doctor's order. Take notes on what works and what doesn't. Circle back and share your findings with your doctor so together you can put a medication regimen in place that works for you and keeps you symptom-free.

Unfortunately, I learned from her mistakes, and witnessed the dangers of toying with doctor's orders. It's not worth it!
