Anyone struggle with guilt because of lupus? Not being able to fulfill commitments, or live up to expectations because of your disease?  Me, too! That's why Letting Go of Guilt is one of the hot topics I'll discuss at the LFA's upcoming In the Loop Healthy Living with Lupus Symposium!

Thank you for coming to the symposium today! It was really great to hear your presentation. I had other questions to ask, but I had to get to the next session. I can't wait to pick up and read your book.
