Love finding this!! Diagnosed with lupus over a year ago. Reading proactive ways to manage this illness is refreshing!!! My first lupus walk in Baltimore had a showing of 150 out of 300. I am so thankful for every walker and supporter, but honestly have attended other events where you couldn't see the end of supporters. Ready to share and build the light of hope. Thanks for sharing your blog!!!
