I never do caff. coffee, but a soda with caffeine doesn't seem to have the same effect on me. <BR/><BR/>But if a little shot of caffeine in the morning or around mid-day helps get you through, I think you'll be okay. I feel so much better in my brain with some caffeine. I feel so sluggish and in a fog without it. Does anyone else feel that way?
